A number of advisors, attorneys, and software companies now offer estate plan summaries and reviews. But, this type of deliverable also creates a burden of presentation and explanation by someone other than the preparer of the summary.
So, as an example, this video shows how the preparing estate planning attorney may present the plan estate summary in a virtual, pre-recorded manner to better facilitate additional discussions while relieving the advisor of the burden and liability risk of presenting the summary.
