I’m an attorney and in this video I give you 6 tips to find a GREAT attorney, with other specific advice about how to find a great estate planning attorney. When you look for an attorney, you want someone who is an expert is the area that you are hiring them for. Not all attorneys specialize in all areas of law. In fact, general practitioners are fairly rare these days because of how complicated the legal system has become.

Watkins, PharmD, BCIDPDr. Andrew B. Watkins is the pharmacy coordinator for the Nebraska ASAP (Antimicrobial Stewardship Assessment and Promotion Program) as well as an antimicrobial stewardship outreach pharmacist within the Nebraska Medicine Antimicrobial Stewardship Program. Dr. Watkins received both his Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences (2015) and his Doctor of Pharmacy (2018) from the University of Mississippi. He completed residency training in pharmacy practice at St. Dominic Memorial Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi and completed his infectious diseases specialty residency at Nebraska Medicine. He is board certified in Infectious Diseases (BCIDP), and his areas of interest include appropriate antimicrobial use, bacterial mechanisms of resistance, and rapid diagnostic testing.Kate Tyner, BSN, RN, CICKate Tyner is an infection preventionist and the supervisor of the Nebraska ICAP program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UNMC. She has been working in infection control and prevention since 2005, in and has been certified in Infection Control and Epidemiology since 2008. With Nebraska ICAP, Kate has traveled all through Nebraska assisting many facilities with assessing their programs and promoting infection prevention. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Nebraska ICAP team has assisted with mitigation of more than 1,800 instances of facility outbreaks.Muhammad Salman Ashraf, MBBSDr. Ashraf, is the medical director for the Nebraska ICAP (Infection Control Assessment and Promotion Program). He is also the co-medical director of the Nebraska ASAP (Antimicrobial Stewardship Assessment and Promotion Program) and an Associate Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Internal Medicine, at University of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha (UNMC) Dr. Ashraf is board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Infectious Diseases. His clinical and research interests include infections in the elderly, and infection control plus antimicrobial stewardship in long-term care facilities.Dr. Ashraf has been a member of the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology (SHEA) Long-Term Care Special Interest Group since 2009. As a member of this group, he contributed in revising the infection surveillance definitions (McGeer Criteria) for long-term care facilities. He has also been an active member of the Infection Control Subcommittee of AMDA-The Society for Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine since 2013. In addition, he is currently a member of the Advisory Panel for the SHEA/CDC Outbreak Response Training Program and SHEA Education Committee.Dr. Ashraf believes that infection control and antimicrobial stewardship programs need to be developed and tailored for the specific challenges of different healthcare settings. As a team leader of Nebraska ICAP and Nebraska ASAP, Dr. Ashraf is working to help expand Nebraska’s infection control infrastructure and promote optimal antibiotic use in the state.
